COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Scheduling for the Week of April 12

Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) continues to receive distributions of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine from Jefferson County Public Health. To schedule a vaccination, please call our COVID Hotline at 641-469-4180. The hotline is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to receive the Moderna vaccine.

Vaccine distributions may vary from week-to-week, and appointments are scheduled as calls are received. Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are filled for the week. If you call for an appointment and all available slots are filled, we encourage you to call again next week.
