MyChart Patient Portal Now Using Two-Factor Authentication

On Jan. 23, 2024, Jefferson County Health Center will start using two-factor authentication when patients log in to MyChart. This means that when you log in to MyChart, you’ll be asked to enter both your password and a code that will be sent to you by email or text message. This feature is an added security measure to help protect your password and your account, including access to your personal health information.
