Join us in the fight against Breast Cancer this October. As we prepare for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are selling a unique t-shirt to show support for those fighting breast cancer and to raise dollars to improve the comfort for those who come in for a mammogram. BCAM t-shirts are $20, and we are accepting orders now through September 12th. Your purchase helps us to make a difference in the lives of those seeking detection and care.
To order your shirt, simply fill out this form and drop it off at the Main Hospital Registration. Payment in the form of cash, check (payable to JCHC) or credit card is due at time of order.
T-shirts are expected to arrive at the beginning of October and those who place an order will receive a phone call notifying them when their order is ready to be picked up. Please note brand and shade of color of shirt are not guaranteed.
