JCHC Named Top 100 Workplaces in Iowa

The Des Moines Register named JCHC one of Iowa's Top 100 Places to work based on employees' respose to a survey. With 192 full-time employees, JCHC placed17th out of 40 mid-size employers in the State of Iowa. The Des Moines Register asked organizations with at least 35 employees if they wanted to participate. Employees respond to a set of statements such as: "I feel genuinely appreciated at this company," "My pay is fair for the work I do," and "My manager cares about my concerns," using a seven point scales.
