JCHC AUXILIARY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION OPEN FOR GRADUATING SENIORS

The JCHC Auxiliary is looking to award four $1,500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are pursuing an education in healthcare-related fields.

• Applicants must be a resident of Jefferson County or, a JCHC Employee or, the child of a JCHC Employee.
• Applications can be picked up at the JCHC Front Desk, JCHC Gift Shop, or by clicking here.
• All applications must be completed and returned to Auxiliary Scholarship Chairperson Sylvia Fredericks at 900 E. Fillmore St. Fairfield, IA 52556 by March 25th, 2024.
