The JCHC Auxiliary is looking to award four $1,000 scholarships to returning college students who are pursuing an education in healthcare-related fields.
- Applicants must be a resident of Jefferson County or, a JCHC Employee or, the child of a JCHC Employee.
- Applications can be picked up at the JCHC Front Desk, JCHC Gift Shop, or by clicking here.
- All applications must be completed and returned to Auxiliary Scholarship Chairperson Sylvia Fredericks at 900 E. Fillmore St. Fairfield, IA 52556 by November 15th, 2023.
