JCHC Promotes Madison Brandt & Toni Shedenhelm
June 6, 2024
Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) is excited to announce the promotion of Madison Brandt to Clinic Scheduling Supervisor and Toni Shedenhelm to Clinic Registration Supervisor. These appointments follow the upcoming retirement of Jackie Pacha, who has served the Clinics and our community with dedication and excellence for the past forty-two years. Due to the significant growth of the Clinic since the role was established, it has been divided into two specialized positions.
Jackie Pacha's retirement marks the end of an era, as she has been a cornerstone of our clinic, tirelessly working to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of countless patients. Her unwavering commitment and exceptional service have left an indelible mark on JCHC, and her presence will be deeply missed by both colleagues and patients alike. We wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.
Madison Brandt, who previously served as the Clinic Administrative Assistant, brings a wealth of experience in administrative management. In her new role as Clinic Scheduling Supervisor, Madison will oversee all aspects of clinic scheduling, staff management, and quality control.
Toni Shedenhelm, formerly the Oncology Registration Representative, has been a valued member of the McCreery Cancer Center at JCHC since its opening in 2014. In her new role as Clinic Registration Supervisor, Toni will oversee all aspects of Clinic Registration including policies, reporting, and staff management.
"We are thrilled to see Madison and Toni take on these new leadership roles," said Sarah Greiner, Director of the JCHC Clinics. "Their combined experience, dedication, and commitment to excellence will ensure that our Clinic continues to provide outstanding care and service to our community."
Madison and Toni will assume their new responsibilities immediately, ensuring a seamless transition as Jackie Pacha prepares for her well-deserved retirement this July.
