Jefferson County Health Center Partners with Press Ganey for Strategic Health Care Transformation

Outreach via digital channels will yield deeper data and deeper insights from patient feedback.

Fairfield, Iowa, April 2nd, 2018 – Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Press Ganey to advance the quality of care for their medical practice patients. JCHC will leverage Press Ganey’s digital platform, which includes mobile technologies as well as phone and mail outreach, to capture patient feedback in real time and rapidly identify opportunities to improve the safety, quality and experience of care. JCHC will implement this comprehensive survey approach across its JCHC Clinic and JCHC Professional Clinic practices.
