NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS GIVEN:  The Board of Trustees of Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) will meet at the Jefferson County Health Center, Conference Room C, located at 2000 South Main Street, Fairfield, Iowa 52556, on September 29, 2025 6:30 p.m. local time, where said Board of Trustees of JCHC will hold a hearing and may resolve to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the following improvements:

Ottumwa Clinic

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

The project includes an interior build out of the shell space for a primary care clinic.  The work will occur at 1000 Wildwood Drive, Ottumwa, Iowa 52501.  The above scope of work will be bid out as a single bid package.

At said hearing, the Board of Trustees of JCHC will consider the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for said project, the same being on file in the office of the CEO, Bryan Hunger, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Board will also receive and consider any comments/objections to said plans, specifications and form of contract or to the estimated cost of said improvements made by any interested party.
